Paper Copies of Electronic Communications
We generally do not provide paper copies of records or communications unless requested or we find it appropriate. You may obtain paper copies by either printing them yourself or by asking us to mail them to you. Specify that you are requesting a paper copy of a specific record or communication. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or 1-800-542-8714. You may also update your preferences within your portal account or click the unsubscribe button in the electronic Communication. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after we receive it. Upon withdrawal, you may no longer be able to use certain features of our website or services that require electronic Communications.
Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate and up-to-date email address. You must promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information. You can update your contact information by contacting us at [email protected] or 1-800-542-8714. You can also update your contact information within your portal account.
